ORDER LIST FRIDAY, AUGUST 11, 1995 ORDERS IN PENDING CASES D-1333 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF STEPHEN ALAN SHARP It having been reported to the Court that Stephen Alan Sharp, of Washington, D.C., has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Virginia and this Court by order of November 29, 1993, having suspended the said Stephen Alan Sharp from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Stephen Alan Sharp be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1365IN THE MATTER OF NICHOLAS ANGELO MICELLI It having been reported to the Court that Nicholas Angelo Micelli of Los Angeles, California, has died, the Rule to Show Cause, heretofore issued on February 22, 1994, is hereby discharged. D-1535 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JOHN W. FRANKUM It having been reported to the Court that John W. Frankum, of Kansas City, Missouri, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Missouri and this Court by order of April 17, 1995, having suspended the said John W. Frankum from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said John W. Frankum be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1542 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF NICHOLAS T. KITSOS It having been reported to the Court that Nicholas T. Kitsos, of Oak Brook, Illinois, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Illinois and this Court by order of April 24, 1995, having suspended the said Nicholas T. Kitsos from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Nicholas T. Kitsos be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1546 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF ALLEN NATHANIEL SMITH, JR. It having been reported to the Court that Allen Nathaniel Smith, Jr., of Indianapolis, Indiana, has resigned from the practice of law before the Supreme Court of Indiana and this Court by order of May 15, 1995, having suspended the said Allen Nathaniel Smith, Jr., from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Allen Nathaniel Smith, Jr., be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. Sealy, of Brooklyn, New York, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Appellate Division, Supreme Court of New York, Second Judicial Department, and this Court by order of May 15, 1995, having suspended the said Patrick C. Sealy from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Patrick C. Sealy be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1548 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF GREGORY DAVID DICKINSON It having been reported to the Court that Gregory David Dickinson, of Burbank, California, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of California and this Court by order of May 15, 1995, having suspended the said Gregory David Dickinson from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said Gregory David Dickinson be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1549 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JOSEPH M. JAN It having been reported to the Court that Joseph M. Jan, of Toledo, Ohio, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Michigan and this Court by order of June 5, 1995, having suspended the said Joseph M. Jan from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Joseph M. Jan be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1550 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JOHN P. DIUGUID It having been reported to the Court that John P. Diuguid, of Bethesda, Maryland, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Court of Appeals of Maryland and this Court by order of June 5, 1995, having suspended the said John P. Diuguid from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said John P. Diuguid be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1551 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF TIMOTHY WEEKS It having been reported to the Court that Timothy Weeks, of Newark, New Jersey, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and this Court by order of June 5, 1995, having suspended the said Timothy Weeks from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Timothy Weeks be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1554 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF LAWRENCE J. OFFNER, JR. It having been reported to the Court that Lawrence J. Offner, Jr., of Union, Missouri, has resigned from the practice of law before the Supreme Court of California and this Court by order of June 5, 1995, having suspended the said Lawrence J. Offner, Jr., from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Lawrence J. Offner, Jr., be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. Feit, of Albany, New York, has been suspended from the practice of law by the Appellate Division, Supreme Court of New York, Third Judicial Department, and this Court by order of June 12, 1995, having suspended the said Michael A. Feit from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Michael A. Feit be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court. D-1556 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF J. CHRISTOPHER WARTER It having been reported to the Court that J. Christopher Warter, of South Bend, Indiana, has resigned from the practice of law before the Supreme Court of Indiana and this Court by order of June 12, 1995, having suspended the said J. Christopher Warter from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said J.
